Happy August 1st. How did July go? 

151 DAYS. This is how many days we have left this year (2019). 

And if you’re anything like me, you love to imagine what you will do in one day. So when I see the number—151—this truly excites me. Why? Because with 151 days we can, for example:

  • Train for and run a marathon (I mean, if you want 🤷🏻‍♀️)

  • Become the healthiest version of yourself you know to be

  • Start a business

  • Quit a job

  • Write a book proposal

  • Move somewhere new

  • Tell that person that thing you’ve always wanted to tell them

  • Volunteer at that place you’ve been meaning to volunteer at

  • Invest in that stock or invest in your first stock

  • End the relationship or start a new relationship

151 days is usually enough time to do the things we set out at the beginning of this year wanting to do. 

Imagine ending the year on December 31, 2019 the best version of yourself you know right now to be. How incredible would that feel? 

I’m determined to never miss another moment in my life where previously I might have held myself back from limiting beliefs about who I am and what I am capable of. As I get older, I see now that I am in charge here—not my external circumstances. I am in charge of what my life looks like, and how I feel each and every day. For me, this is such a freeing realization.

⚡️YOU too are in charge.

⚡️YOU too can do anything. 

⚡️YOU too can become the best version of yourself that you know yourself to be. 

⚡️YOU too can create change (in yourself and the world! 🌎)

⚡️YOU too have the power to create a life, and a world, you want to live in. 

If you’ve been following me at all, you know that I’ve made a commitment to myself to kick my health and fitness up into the next level, and end the year in the best shape of my life. I strongly believe, and I have seen absolute proof in my own life, that if I am healthy and strong physically, all the other areas, including the people in my life, will benefit tremendously. This is a hard fact in my life, and this is why health and fitness are at the top of my list today.

If you right on track this year, that’s awesome, KEEP GOING!

If you were on track and slipped a bit, this is your sign to get back up and start again. I’ve fallen off track this year in other areas, and I’ve reset, as well. LET’S START AGAIN!
