we’ve got 3-months. let’s do it together.

If you follow me anywhere on social media you know I recently completed a month of going LIVE 🎥on Instagram for my project, What’s Burning in You?

For an entire month, early in the morning, I went LIVE (Monday through Thursday) to demonstrate how I work on those projects burning inside of me. For me, it’s getting up before the rest of the world wakes up. 

Going LIVE on social media was also an opportunity for me to face my fear of putting my face out into the world. For so long now I’ve hidden behind cameras, scripts, projects, and people. I’ve always—ALWAYS—been afraid to show my face (even when I did). So I decided—for an entire month—I’d go live and finally get over myself already. And you know what? It totally worked. I’m not as self-conscious anymore to show my face, and ultimately, I’m not afraid to put my whole-self out into the world. It feels so good! I recommend forcing yourself to do those things that freak you out because it feels so good on the other side of that fear. I’m living proof. 

If you have been following me this past month, you also know our 3-Month What’s Burning in You? project is starting this week. July 1st marked the halfway point until the end of 2019. I’m challenging myself, and keeping myself accountable, to do the things I set-out to do at the beginning of this year. 

3-Months | What’s Burning in You?

July 8 — September 30

For me, I have a goal of becoming the healthiest version of myself I’ve ever been by the end of the year. This includes both my exercise and nutrition. I’ve done well this first part of the year, but I am ready to take my health to the next level. I’ve realized that if I feel healthy, everything else in my life benefits. So, for me, putting my health front and center in my life as my #1 priority works best for me. 

I have several things I am accomplishing by the end of the year, but I have (3) priority goals which will ultimately drive me until December 31, 2019. The goal I am sharing with you all is my #1 goal:

#1: Becoming the healthiest version of myself I’ve ever been

I’ve made a commitment to myself to work-out six days a week and document a slice of it each and every day on my social media. This way, it holds me accountable, and if you are working on a 3-month goal it will spark a reminder that it's a new day to work on those things you'd like to accomplish by the end of 2019.

Let's do it together. For me, having a tribe committed to reaching my goals adds fuel to my drive. 

So here's how it will work. I will document myself working on my goal daily on my social media. I will continue to do all I can to support us all in getting to the finish line (December 31, 2019). Join me on social media to not only follow my journey, but to inspire your own journey. I have one life, and I’m going to do all the things, and become the person I know I was born to be.
